It may take some time
Promotion points will automatically be granted to your account within 15 minutes upon settlement, based on the total purchase amount (excluding tax).
However, if purchases are made during midnight to the early morning (JST) or the beginning or ending of a promotion, the coin granting process may take up to several hours.
Please check your “Point History” after some time has passed.
In addition, for some promotions, points will be granted after the promotion period.
Coupons
Most promotions are not compatible with coupons.
If you use a coupon in combination with a promotion, some promotion points might not be granted.
