My purchased points by Google Play are not reflected on my account

Please check your payment status

If  purchased points with the Android app are not reflected on your account, the purchase may have been interrupted due to an error.

Please check your Google Play purchase history to see if the payment has been completed.

Depending on the payment status, please take the following actions:

 

No payment made


Please purchase points again.

 

Payment made


Google will automatically refund your money within 73 hours.
If you are in a hurry, please try purchasing points again without waiting for a refund.

If you have not received your refund after 73 hours, or if the points you purchased at the second try are not reflected in your account, please contact us using the inquiry form, entering the “order number” (alphanumeric characters starting with GPA.) that appears in the email you received from Google.
