I can’t log in with my Facebook account.

A.

Here is what to do if you are unable to log in with your Facebook account.

If you are using a smartphone or tablet


Please make sure that the Facebook application is installed on your device and that you are signed in.
If you are not signed in with the Facebook application, you will not be able to log in to the BOOK☆WALKER application.

 

If you are using an older version of the iPhone


If your device’s OS is iOS6, you will not be able to register and log in with your Facebook account.

 

If you are using a browser


Please make sure that your account is correct.
If there is a problem with your Facebook account, please contact the Facebook management company.
