What should I do if a “403 Forbidden” error occurs

Please try the following steps to see if they solve the issue temporarily:

1. Reboot your device
2. Clear your cache
3. Logout and Login again
4. Regenerate your eBook list
[Settings] > [Book Date: Server management] >[Regenerating your book list]

▼Web Browser
1. Check your Cookie setting and make sure Cookies are allowed
2. Use a different web browser
Our recommended web browsers are Google Chrome, Safari and Edge
3. Check your security settings
