What should I do in case of credit card issues?

Please check if one of the following error messages appears
As of March 27, 2024, the credit card payment for purchases from the BOOK☆WALKER Global and Japan store is separated.
Therefore if you want to purchase titles from both stores it’s necessary to registered your credit card twice.
What do to
- Please wait for a while and try to pay with the credit card again.
- If you use a credit card that supports 3D Secure, please confirm that the 3D Secure setting is “On” or “Enabled”.
*For details on the 3D Secure setting of your credit card, please contact your credit card company. - If you have multiple devices, please check if you are able to pay with one of them.
- Please try another internet browser to see if you are able to pay.
- Please confirm that your OS is compatible and your internet browser is up-to-date.
If the above does not solve the problem, try another payment method such as PayPal.
