Q.
What should I do in case of credit card issues?

A.

Please check if one of the following error messages appears

As of March 27, 2024, the credit card payment for purchases from the BOOK☆WALKER Global and Japan store is separated. 
Therefore if you want to purchase titles from both stores it’s necessary to registered your credit card twice.

 

What do to


  1. Please wait for a while and try to pay with the credit card again.
  2. If you use a credit card that supports 3D Secure, please confirm that the 3D Secure setting is “On” or “Enabled”.
    *For details on the 3D Secure setting of your credit card, please contact your credit card company.
  3. If you have multiple devices, please check if you are able to pay with one of them.
  4. Please try another internet browser to see if you are able to pay.
  5. Please confirm that your OS is compatible and your internet browser is up-to-date.

If the above does not solve the problem, try another payment method such as PayPal.

If the payment was declined by the card issuer, please either try a different payment method or contact your credit card company for support.
