This error may be caused due to changing your internet environment/ web browsers
Please try the following steps to see if it solve your issue:
Web Browser
Please read your eBooks with a single browser only since reading eBooks on multiple browsers at the same time causes this error.
Recommended web browsers are Google Chrome, Edge and Safari.
*It may take a while to be able to read on your web browser even after closing multiple browsers.
*If this error is consistent on a certain type of browser, please use another web browser.
Sign-out and sign-in again
1. Sign out from the home page menu and sign in again.
2. Check if you can read your purchased eBooks from the Purchased eBooks page.
