How can I cancel my “Pre-orders” and “Subscribe to Series”?

Cancellation Timing
Pre-order/subscription have to be cancelled at least 5 hours before the release date shown on the book details page in Pacific Time.
*Your pre-ordered eBook/subscribed series cannot be cancelled when the purchase process has already started.
*We cannot accept returns or refunds after completing the purchase of a pre-ordered/subscribed eBook.
*You can also check the details of your “Device for Automatic Download” for pre-ordered eBooks/subscribed series from the List of Pre-ordered eBooks page.
How to cancel Preorders and Subscriptions
1. Go to your “List of Pre-ordered eBooks” by using a web browser.
2. Select the titles/series you wish to cancel shown under “Pre-ordered Titles” or “Subscribed Series”.
3. Click “Cancel Pre-order(s)/Subscription(s)”.
4. Click “OK” when a message, “Would you like to cancel the selected pre-order(s)?” is shown.

Your List of Pre-ordered eBooks can’t be accessed with the BOOK☆WALKER App. Please use a web browser such as Google Chrome, Edge or Safari.
