There might be several reasons
You reached the maximum allowed number of devices
The maximum number of devices you may use for the BOOK☆WALKER App are 7 devices.
When the limited number of devices is reaches, the following message will appear on the new device: “You are already using the maximum number of devices allowed. Do you want to reset your device information to use this device?”
If you click [OK], all registered devices will be reset, and you will be able to use up to 7 new devices.
Your device does not support the BOOK☆WALKER App
Your device needs at least iOS 11.0 or Android 7.0 in order to use the BOOK☆WALKER App.
