Q.
I can’t use my Points or Coupon after suspending the settlement

Please select the [Cancel Provisionally Applied Coupon/Point(s)] button on the Payment Confirmation page

If you suspend your purchase after applying a coupon code or BOOK☆WALKER Point on the Payment Confirmation page, the system will mark your applied coupon code or point(s) as “under application”.

 

How to make your coupon code/point(s) available again


  1. To avoid multiple settlements, please make sure to close all browser or tabs opened
  2. Access your “Payment Confirmation” page with a new browser
  3. Click the “Cancel Provisionally Applied Coupon/Point(s)” button
  4. Re-enter the coupon code or point amount you want to use
  5. Proceed with your payment
