Q.
I can’t use my coins or coupon after suspending the settlement

A.

Please select the [Cancel Provisionally Applied Coupon/Coin(s)] button on the settlement screen

If you suspend your purchase after applying a coupon code or coin(s) on the settlement page, it will be identified as “coupon/coin(s) under application” by the system.

In this case, please be sure to close any browser or tabs opened on your device to avoid multiple settlements.

To make coupon/coin(s) available again, please select the [Cancel Provisionally Applied Coupon/Coin(s)] button on the settlement screen and then re-enter the coupon code or coin amount you wish to use.
