It doesn’t allow me to use coupon/coin(s) once I suspended the settlement.
Go to “Cancel Provisionally Applied Coupon/Coin(s)” and enter the same coupon code/coin amount you wish to use.
If you suspend your purchase after applying coupon code/coin(s) on the settlement page, it will be identified as “coupon/coin(s) under application” by the system.
In this case, please be sure to close any browser or tabs opened on your device to avoid multiple settlements.
To make coupon/coin(s) available again, please select the “Cancel Provisionally Applied Coupon/Coin(s)” button on the settlement screen, then re-enter the coin amount you wish to use.
