My pre-order purchase failed

There might be two reasons for a preorder to fail

Credit Card Error


Please change your registered credit card information from “My Account” > Credit Card > Edit.

The new credit card information will be used from your next pre-order onwards.

 

Insufficient Point balance


Please charge your points (Google Play only) or change the payment method to credit card or PayPal.

The new payment method will be used from your next pre-order onwards.

 

Postponed release date


If eBook/audiobook data is not received on time from publishers preorders will automatically fail.
In that case the preordered title might be stuck in your preorder list and can only be removed upon request.

 

How to proceed


Please manually purchase the failed preorder.
