My pre-order purchase failed
There might be two reasons for a preorder to fail
Credit Card Error
Please change your registered credit card information from “My Account” > Credit Card > Edit.

Insufficient Point balance
Please charge your points (Google Play only) or change the payment method to credit card or PayPal.

Postponed release date
If eBook/audiobook data is not received on time from publishers preorders will automatically fail.
In that case the preordered title might be stuck in your preorder list and can only be removed upon request.

Please manually purchase the failed preorder.
