The pre-ordered eBook didn’t go through purchase.

Please purchase the eBook manually through the usual process.

Your pre-ordered eBook(s) will not automatically go through the purchase process again if the automatic purchase fails.
Please purchase the eBook in the usual procedure in this case,and update your  information based on the either applicable case below for the convenience of next purchase:

* If there is a credit card error
Please change your registered credit card information from the “Register/Update Credit Card” button on the “List of Pre-Ordered eBooks“. The new credit card information will be used from your next purchase of pre-ordered eBooks.

* If there are not sufficient coin(s) in your account
Please change payment method to credit card. The new credit card information will be used from your next purchase of pre-ordered eBooks.
