The BOOK☆WALKER App is slow
Please try the following steps to see if they solve the issue
Regenerate your eBook list
By regenerating your eBook list the information of your eBooks will be cleared on your device and the accurate information will be downloaded.
- Access [Settings]
- Tap [Book Date: Server management]
- Tap [Regenerating your book list]
- Check your Library
It may take a while depending on the total number of eBooks have purchased.
Delete your downloaded eBook files
iOS
1. Access [My Library]
2. Tap [Select] on the top right of the screen
3. Select the downloaded eBook(s) you want to remove
4. Tap [Clear Data] > [Clear Downloaded File]
5. Tap [OK]
Android
1. Access [My Library]
2. Tap [✓] on the top right of the screen
3. Select the downloaded eBook(s) you want to remove
4. Tap [Clear Data] (Setting Icon) > [Clear Downloaded File]
5. Tap [OK]
Uninstall and reinstall the BOOK☆WALKER app
Before your uninstall the BOOK☆WALKER App, make sure to safe your Library/Bookshelves to the server in order to restore the information.
Save your Library/Bookshelf to the server
- Open [Settings] on your BOOK☆WALKER App.
- Tap [Library Setting] from [Bookshelf]
- Tap [Save Library to Server]
- Tap [Save Library on Device to Server] at the bottom.
- Enter a Library name and tap [OK]
- Uninstall the BOOK☆WALKER App
- Reinstall the BOOK☆WALKER App
Restore your Library/Bookshelf from the server
- Open [Settings] on your BOOK☆WALKER App.
- Tap [Library Setting] from [Bookshelf]
- Tap [Restore Library from Server]
- Choose Library you want to restore
*If the image used as a [Cover Image] is saved on your devices, it can not be synced.
Please set the [Cover Image] for each devices manually.
