Q.
My Library/Bookshelf is empty, after I changed devices

A.

You might have accidently created a new account or not synchronized your devices

Wrong Account


If you changed devices and signed in your BOOK☆WALKER App, but your Library is empty, you might have accidentally created another account.

Sign out and make sure that you have the correct email address and password or external account and sign in again.

After signing in with your correct account, please check your Library and Bookshelf.

Synchronize your device 


If you changed devices, make sure to save and restore your Library/Bookshelf.

Save your Library/Bookshelf

  1. Open [Settings] on your BOOK☆WALKER app (old device)
  2. Tap [Bookshelf: Library Setting]
  3. Tap [Save Library to Server]
  4. Tap [Save Library on Device to Server] at the bottom.
  5. Enter a library name and tap [OK]

Restore your Library/Bookshelf

  1. Open [Settings] on your BOOK☆WALKER app (new device)
  2. Tap [Bookshelf: Library Setting]
  3. Tap [Restore Library from Server]
  4. Choose library you want to restore

*If the image used as a [Cover Image] is saved on your devices, it can not be synced.
Please set the [Cover Image] for each devices manually.

Automatically synchronize your devices (if you use more than one device)

  1. Open [Settings] on your BOOK☆WALKER app (each device)
  2. Tap [Bookshelf: Library Setting]
  3. Turn ON [Automatic Sync for Library]
  4. Choose library you want to restore
