What should I do if I purchased a new device?
If you purchase a new device we recommend the following 4 steps
Double check your registered sign-in information
Make sure that you have the correct e-mail address and password or external account.
Download the BOOK☆WALKER app on your new device
BOOK☆WALKER App for Android
BOOK☆WALKER App for iOS
Sign-in on your new device.
Save and restore your Library/Bookshelf information
Save your Library/Bookshelf
- Open [Settings] on your BOOK☆WALKER app.
- Tap [Bookshelf: Library Setting]
- Tap [Save Library to Server]
- Tap [Save Library on Device to Server] at the bottom.
- Enter a library name and tap [OK]
Restore your Library/Bookshelf
- Open [Settings] on your BOOK☆WALKER app.
- Tap [Bookshelf: Library Setting]
- Tap [Restore Library from Server]
- Choose library you want to restore
*If the image used as a [Cover Image] is saved on your devices, it can not be synced.
Please set the [Cover Image] for each devices manually.
Delete the BOOK☆WALKER app from your old device
If you won’t use the BOOK☆WALKER app on your old device anymore, it’s recommended to delete it.
